PROPER LIFTING TECHNIQUE: Most people have never been taught how to lift. They are intimidated to try it because they don’t want to look stupid or hurt themselves. That’s totally normal! I will teach you all the ins and outs until you feel like a pro-lifter!

Yes, the reason I have chose to do this is so you can continue your progress as maintenance is so important. You have the option of a monthly based program or 3 monthly. This means the programs are constantly updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you depending on the program of your choosing plus continuous support from myself and my team. The beauty of this is that you are not tied in and you can cancel at anytime.

We can tailor the plan for you to complete this in your own home if you wish! All you need is a set of weights/dumbbells. You would need to select home only on the set up form.

The workouts are entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to the gym, I’ve got your back with your very own personalized program. Choose weights that are appropriate for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up.
No, each month is different. This will involve an increase in how much weight you lift, change of exercise variations, and changes in your diet that are constantly updated as your body changes. We need to give your body a reason to progress.

I was always into fitness throughout my life, lifting weight's , playing rugby etc., but for a few years I wasn't looking after my health. It eventually led me down a path of self sabotage and a-lot of finding out ,who I was and what i needed to do. The answer was fitness. Fitness for me has helped me become the best version of myself these passed few years. but what is fitness to me? To me , its more then just going to a gym. Its being at your best, feeling at your best with tones of energy. Waking up with a smile on your face, knowing that today is going to be a great day.
